If you are struggling with committing to a fit lifestyle, download one of these apps today and be ready to take your tracking to a whole new level- you can even wager some of that big money if your fitness lifestyle seems like a gamble!

pactimagePact App – Pact App is a great way to stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals. Earn cash for staying active; paid for by those who don’t. Stick with it, and pact will help you to complete your fitness goals week-by-week, all while adding cold, hard, cash into your banking account. Be careful though- missed workouts and meal logs add up, and can cost you up to $5 if you stray from your pact.

Bonus: Pact App can be put on pause on a weekly basis (if you know you will be on vacation), or deleted in it’s entirety.

My Fitness Pal – My Fitness Pal is the fastest and easiest-to-use calorie counter for the Iphone or Android. It has a glossary of over 5,000,000 foods to choose from to help you accurately track your calories and macronutrients.  My Fitness Pal also allows you to log exercise; all you have to do is input the exercise name, or the calories burned while on a certain piece of equipment. The basic app is free, but can be updated to premium for a small fee.
